This is a full-time role with a minimum of 30 hours of work per week.

Job Duties:

·       Delivering items to customer sites

·       Collecting items from vendors

·       Safely operate company vehicle to transport furniture and other items to designated locations.

·       Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and loading/ unloading cargo.

·       Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the proper functioning of the vehicle.

·       Assist with loading and unloading of items as needed, ensuring items are handled with care.

·       Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and deliveries made.

·       Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.

·       Provide exceptional customer service by delivering items in a timely and professional manner.

 

Skills required:

·       Valid driver's license of Class 4 with a clean driving record.

·       Excellent driving skills

·       Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks related to loading and unloading cargo.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

 

Other Details:

·       Pay Rate: $28-$34

·       Number of positions: 6

·       Minimum 30 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours depending on operational needs up to 50-55.

·       Mon to Sunday with 1-2 days off, Work may involve early starts, variable hours, and weekend duties.

·       Excellent driving skills
