Kiwi Nest Property Management Limited is looking for 2 Property Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising construction activities on-site, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of Airbnb and short-term rental properties

Coordinating daily operations including bookings, guest check-ins/outs, and issue resolution

Communicating with guests in a timely and professional manner via Airbnb and other platforms

Liaising with property owners and providing regular updates on property performance

Coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and repairs to ensure properties meet required standards

Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and local regulations

Handling complaints, emergencies, and problem-solving efficiently

Assisting with pricing strategies and occupancy optimisation where required

 

Requirements:

At least 2 years relevant experience or a level 4 or above relevant qualification

Excellent communication, time management, and team coordination skills

Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime.

Long-term commitment required.
