We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing stock control, tagging, and maintaining accurate inventory records

  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring attractive store displays

  • Providing excellent customer service and handling POS systems

  • Supervising, training, and supporting new staff members

  • Managing staff rosters and ensuring adequate store coverage

  • Ensuring store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail is preferred

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge
