We are seeking two experienced and talented beauty therapists to join our dynamic team at our Christchurch salon. As a Beauty therapist, you will be responsible for providing Exceptional services to our diverse clientele, showcasing your creativity and expertise in all aspects of beauty therapy.

Job duties may include:

· Discussing client’s needs, analysing skin characteristics, and advising on suitable skin care and treatment such as facial product

· Performing threading technique for hair removal.

· Performing Manicure and Pedicure including nail art, artificial nails, Gel nails,SNS, base and builder gel, nail repair and other hand & foot treatments.

· Removing unwanted Hair through waxing bleaching and tinting.

· Receiving bookings, arranging appointments, and maintaining client records.

· Maintain standard cleaning of beauty salon every day

· Taking customer feedback and acting responsibly to ensure excellent customer service

· Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

· Selling product and advice client of beauty product

· Assist with other salon tasks, including the hairdressers when required

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or a relevant qualification

· Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly demeanour.

· Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, busy

environment.

· A commitment to creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

· Ability to work rostered shifts, including at weekends

· Physically fit

· Free from drug and criminal history

· Excellent communication skills

· Hair-dressing skills will be considered advantageous

Minimum 30 hours per week.
