These are permanent, full-time positions with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours of work per week.
The successful candidates must have at least 1 year of Hammer Hand experience in either residential or commercial settings. The role may occasionally require travel out of town; travel costs will be covered by the employer.
Applicants must have at least 2 contactable references, a clean criminal record, and a valid driver’s licence.
Job Description Summary:
- Have excellent trade skills, experience, and knowledge.
- A good level of understanding and ability to work of plans and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions and installation.
- May order or select timbers and materials and prepare layouts.
- Fitting, cutting, laminating, and shaping different types of construction materials.
- Loading and unloading building materials, machinery, and tools and distributing them to construction or road sites.
- Mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete/ other aggregate mixtures, using portable cement/ aggregate mixers.
