Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day courier delivery operations in Auckland.
  • Lead, supervise, and support delivery drivers.
  • Monitor delivery performance and ensure on‑time completion of jobs.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and delivery‑related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and transport regulations.
  • Maintain records of deliveries, performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Coordinate vehicle usage, servicing schedules, and maintenance needs.
  • Implement cost‑effective operational improvements.
  • Liaise with management regarding workload, issues, and service requirements.
