Customer Service / Tradestore
On behalf of our valued client, we are seeking an organised and efficient customer service team member to join our team in the Onehunga branch. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in our showroom, responding to email, phone and web enquiries, picking & packing orders as well as keeping the warehouse running smoothly.
  
What you'll be doing:
  • Attending to walk in customers and assisting with their needs
  • Answer incoming calls and provide quotes and product information to customers.
  • Arrange merchandising displays and change as required.
  • Enter sales orders and update CRM.
  • Provide support to sales team, prepare proposals, manage customer interactions
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in a timely manner
  • Receiving inwards goods and putting away
  • Apply branding to garments as per work instructions
  • Maintaining good housekeeping techniques and an organized, safe and tidy store and warehouse
  • Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Position is full time 40 – 45 hours per week
  • No nights, no weekends, no public holidays
  
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Experience on a trade counter and warehouse environment would be to your advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and processes
  • Physically capable to lift, carry, and move items up to 20kg
  • A positive attitude and willingness to be a team player in a small team
  • A forklift license would be an advantage, but training can be provided
