Lowie Recruitment is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy site in Te Rapa, Hamilton. This is a great opportunity for reliable, physically fit operators with strong forklift experience who are ready to start immediately.

What we offer:

  • Immediate start
  • $25 an hour, paid weekly
  • Monday to Friday work (Saturdays when required)
  • 6am to 5pm
  • Great working environment

Some duties you may be required to do:

  • Loading/unloading containers and/or trucks
  • Staging and stacking pallets
  • Operating forklifts with splitters (side-by-side tynes)
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy yard
  • Weighing, scaling items

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • A valid forklift licence with 2+ years’ experience
  • Experience operating forklifts with splitters
  • A strong focus on safety and teamwork
  • Are reliable and have a can-do attitude
  • Have reliable transport
  • Physically fit

You will need to be a NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or on a valid work visa to apply for a position.
