CKR SOUTH ISLAND Ltd Is looking for 5 roofers (full-time) to Join our team. As a roofer you will be working a minimum of 30 hours per week, primarily working In Otogo region, and you wlll be responsible for: 

•    Reviewing drO\vlngs, specifications, and work sites to Identify required motertals.
•    Assembling ladders and scaffolding.
•    Installing waterproof sheets over eaves.
•    Securtng roofing underlay to roofs with nolls and staples.
•    Aligning the first row of roofing material with the roof edges and fastening It with wire, staples, and nails.
•    Cutting roofing mcrterlols to flt around vents, chimneys, corners, and ridges.
•    Using cement mortar to fix edge and ridge tiles.
•    Placing roofing material under pre-fobrtcoted flashing and nolllng It down.
•    Caulking or>d sealing exposed noll heads to prevent leaks.

 

About you:

•    At least one year of relevant work expertence In the some field OR
•    NZQCF relevant Level 4 qualification or above; No specific major Is required If you hove a Bachelor's degree or above.

•  Physically flt with a clear criminal record
