We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong technical understanding with proven sales capability and a customer-focused approach. You will be responsible for promoting and selling technical products or solutions while providing expert advice to clients.

Job Type: Full Time-30 to 40 hours
Salary: $32 to $38 per hour
Key Responsibilities

Promote, market, and sell technical products and services to new and existing customers.

Analyse client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and detailed proposals.

Prepare quotations, sales contracts, and tender documentation.

Liaise with engineering, technical, and production teams to ensure accurate product information.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in line with company policies.

Maintain long-term client relationships and provide post-sales technical support.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.

Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and client data using CRM systems.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.

At least 3 years of relevant technical sales or industry experience, which may substitute for the formal qualification.

Proven experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or solution-based selling is highly desirable.

Industry-specific knowledge (engineering, IT, manufacturing, electronics, construction materials, or industrial equipment) is an advantage.

Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex products clearly.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
