The Good Vitamin Co. is a New Zealandbased nutrition and dietary supplement brand established in 2016. The company develops and supplies vitamin and wellness products for children and adults, with products sold across New Zealand and selected international markets.

Position Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the companys sales operations. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth, managing sales channels, and coordinating sales activities in line with the companys commercial objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and implement sales strategies and business development plans

Set sales targets and monitor performance against revenue and growth objectives

Manage and coordinate distributors, wholesalers, and overseas agents

Lead and supervise sales team activities, including guidance and performance review

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supply agreements with key partners

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy

Coordinate sales activities with marketing and operations teams

 

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a Sales Manager or senior sales management role

Demonstrated capability in sales strategy, channel management, and team leadership

Experience working with B2B sales models and international markets

Strong commercial judgement, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to plan, organise, and control sales operations independently

 

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or

Equivalent senior-level sales management experience
