We offer hourly wage rates ranging from Minimum $29.8 to maximum of $48.8 depending on your skill and/or relevant work experience.
You are required to work at least 30 hours per week, and should have minimum 2-year relevant work experience, or hold recognized NZQF qualification
As Food production supervisor, your job task include:
oversees and supervises operators of food production activities and inspect production equipment
record production data
study blueprints or other instructions to determine equipment setup requirements
plan production and operational procedures or sequences
instruct workers to use equipment and perform technical procedures
monitor equipment operation to ensure proper functioning
enforce health and safety rules or regulations
evaluate and motivate employee performance
As a transport manager, your job tasks include:
* Receiving orders and bookings, and planning and implementing
transportation schedules.
* Arranging collection and delivery of vehicles and goods.
* Overseeing the day-to-day management of the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
* Developing and implementing fleet management policies, maintenance
schedules, and operational procedures.
* Monitoring vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs
to ensure cost-effective operations.
* Coordinating vehicle acquisition, registration, insurance, and
compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Managing relationships with service providers, repair workshops, and
insurance companies.
* Conducting regular inspections to ensure vehicles are well-maintained
and meet safety standards.
* Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
* Analyzing fleet performance data and preparing reports to support
business decision-making.
* Supervising drivers and ensuring adherence to company policies and
transportation regulations.
