We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Sales and Brand Manager.
As the Sales and Brand Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of planning and executing branding and marketing initiatives to drive the growth and development of our company. This vital role demands a comprehensive skill set, including market analysis, strategic planning, customer service and the implementation of effective marketing strategies aimed at enhancing sales performance through the creation of robust sales pipelines.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of provable experience, and a Diploma in Marketing or Public Relations. Reporting directly to the Director, this position requires a high level of initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Terms and Conditions of Employment
● Full-time position, minimum 30 hours per week.
● Hourly rate between $30 - $35, depending on experience
● Based in Auckland, New Zealand
Key responsibilities include:
● Track and analyse website and social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
● Research and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance web and social media presence.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
● Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print materials.
● Develop and design marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
● Design and format visual content for websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
● Ensure consistency in branding and design elements across all company materials.
● Design, manage and update the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging.
● Develop and manage Google AdWords and Meta marketing strategies.
● Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
● Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms, considering audience and analytics.
● Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and user interactions, responding as needed.
● Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing initiatives.
● Identify and analyse competitors.
● Nurture client relationships and negotiate contracts with high value clients.
● Undertake routine administrative tasks necessary to support the Director to achieve Marketing and Sales goals.
● Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the Director.

● Must have a clean criminal record and be willing to undergo a drug test as required by company policy.
● A plus: experience in website design and maintenance using Wix, operation of digital recording equipment (cameras, drones, etc.), and knowledge of photo and video editing tools.
