Kickstart Your Career in 2026 as a Trainee Dynamic Components Engineer (AME)
Are you ready to take the next step in your engineering journey? This exciting role offers hands-on training to develop the key responsibilities, requirements, and skills needed to become a Dynamic Components Engineer.
You’ll play a vital part in supporting our engineering team to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality Dynamic Components to our customers. Your tasks will include:
· Working on helicopter transmissions under supervision
· Performing maintenance, disassembly, and inspection
· Assisting with related technical tasks as directed

Ideally you will have/be:
- 6 months aviation work experience in New Zealand (part time or full time)
- Level 4 Aeronautical Engineering Certificate from a New Zealand based training institute.
- A great attitude
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent relationship skills
- Able to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure the best outcomes for the business and for customers
- Excellent time management and task organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
- Safety focused and able to drive a safety culture within the team.
