We are seeking a reliable and experienced Poultry Farm Supervisor to support the daily operations of our commercial poultry farm.  The role involves supervising farm workers, maintaining bird health and welfare, and ensuring smooth and effiient farm operations.

  • Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed.
  • Employee housing is provided on site, and applicants must reside in the farm accommodation. No drive-in options available.
  • Accommodation may be shared or privide, depending on availability at the time of successful placement. No pets allowed.

Applicants must have:

  • Tertiary education; and/or
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Applicants must be physically fit and willing to learn.
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment drug test and have no criminal record.
  • Must have a driver license.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor pooultry health, welfare, and shed conditions
  • Oversee feeing, watering, lighting, and environmental controls
  • Supervise and train farm staff in daily tasks and safe work practices
  • Maintain accurate records of flock performance and production
  • Ensure biosecurity, hygiene, and health & safety procedures are followed
  • Operate farm equipment and assist with general farm maintenance
