The Role:

  • Lead and work alongside the crew on site
  • Operate machinery and carry out civil carpentry (boxing, formwork, etc.)
  • Site set-out including site cuts, detailed excavation, and working to RLs
  • Plan daily works, allocate tasks, and oversee progress
  • Coordinate with PMs/SMs, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Read plans and ensure works meet specifications
  • Complete daily reports, timesheets, and documentation
  • Drive efficiency while maintaining high H&S and quality standards

About You:

  • Strong civil construction experience in a leadership role
  • Confident communicator with good English
  • Practical, reliable, and safety-focused
  • Positive attitude, easy to work with, and keen to grow
