We are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded commercial property management firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable professional looking to take the next step in their career with a company that manages a diverse and high-quality commercial portfolio.

In this senior role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a commercial property portfolio, working closely with property owners, tenants, and internal stakeholders to ensure assets are performing optimally and relationships are well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of commercial property portfolios including retail, office, and industrial assets
  • Interpreting and administering commercial leases
  • Managing tenant relationships, rent reviews, and lease renewals
  • Overseeing maintenance, compliance, and contractor management
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Providing strategic advice to property owners to maximise asset performance

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial property management, or comparable commercial property experience
    • This could include commercial valuation, commercial sales, or leasing
  • Strong understanding of commercial leases and the ability to confidently interpret lease documentation
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing a portfolio autonomously
