Sales & Customer Service

  • Achieve store and individual sales targets

  • Lead and coach sales staff to improve performance

  • Deliver personalised, high-quality customer service

  • Provide expert jewellery product advice

  • Build customer loyalty and handle enquiries professionally

Showroom Operations & Team Management 

  • Monitor daily store performance, showroom standards, and operations

  • Train, coach, and mentor staff to improve product knowledge and customer service

  • Drive a performance-focused culture through feedback, evaluations, and recognition

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, grooming standards, and regulations

  • Use retail systems and reporting tools to track performance and report to management

  • Utilize retail platforms such as MS Dynamics AX, POS, RAMS and QLIK to drive operational efficiency and reporting accuracy

Product Marketing & Counter Display Management.

  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain to manage product assortment

  • Ensure planogram compliance and optimal product mix

  • Coordinate with visual merchandising to maintain showroom aesthetics

Stock Control Management

  • Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and manage replenishment

  • Handle old gold transactions and integrate into inventory processes

  • Identify slow-moving and dead stock, recommending strategies to improve turnover

  • Support stock audits, weighing, and secure end-of-day stock transfers

  • Ensure jewellery safety and report discrepancies or security risks

Skills Required:

Minimum three years’ relevant experience, preferably in a jewellery Industry

OR 

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business or accounting) 

  • Number of positions: 1
  • Type: Permanent, Full time 
  • Days required: Rotating roster, including weekends
  • Hours per week: 38 to 40 hours per week
