Submissions Coordinator needed for a construction company in Toowoomba/Brisbane, highly competitive salary offered for the right candidate

Our client is a rapidly growing full-service development and construction company delivering high-quality projects across all industry sectors in Australia.

The Position
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a proven Submissions Coordinator based in either Toowoomba or Brisbane. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage end-to-end tender and EOI submissions from content collation to final delivery ensuring clarity, quality, and alignment with company branding and stakeholder expectations.

The Candidate 
Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather and edit bid content
  • Formatting documents in line with corporate branding and bid standards
  • Preparing and compiling final tender packages within deadlines
  • Assisting in planning and facilitating bid workshops
  • Maintaining content libraries, metadata, and document versions (e.g., SharePoint, InDesign)

Successful candidates will possess/be able to demonstrate:
  • Proven submissions, bid-writing, or proposal coordination experience (ideally in construction/infrastructure);
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and deliverables under tight deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint; experience with InDesign, and Canva desirable;
  • Qualifications in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields advantageous;
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, prioritise and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to interpret a brief and execute requirements to deliver a high-quality proposal;
  • Well-developed understanding of business communications and correspondence;
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the construction industry is advantageous but not essential;
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team and also autonomously;
  • Proactive with a demonstrated ability to use own initiative; and
  • Well-developed level of communication, organisational, interpersonal and time management skills
