Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a proven Submissions Coordinator based in either Toowoomba or Brisbane. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage end-to-end tender and EOI submissions from content collation to final delivery ensuring clarity, quality, and alignment with company branding and stakeholder expectations.

The successful candidate will coordinate and manage end-to-end tender and EOI submissions from content collation to final delivery ensuring clarity, quality, and alignment with company branding and stakeholder expectations.
The Candidate
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather and edit bid content
- Formatting documents in line with corporate branding and bid standards
- Preparing and compiling final tender packages within deadlines
- Assisting in planning and facilitating bid workshops
- Maintaining content libraries, metadata, and document versions (e.g., SharePoint, InDesign)
Successful candidates will possess/be able to demonstrate:
- Proven submissions, bid-writing, or proposal coordination experience (ideally in construction/infrastructure);
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and deliverables under tight deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint; experience with InDesign, and Canva desirable;
- Qualifications in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields advantageous;
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, prioritise and meet deadlines;
- Ability to interpret a brief and execute requirements to deliver a high-quality proposal;
- Well-developed understanding of business communications and correspondence;
- Prior experience in a similar role within the construction industry is advantageous but not essential;
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team and also autonomously;
- Proactive with a demonstrated ability to use own initiative; and
- Well-developed level of communication, organisational, interpersonal and time management skills
