Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Massage Therapist to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering professional massage treatments and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

What we offer:

A Full-time permanent role - 30 minimum guaranteed work hour per week

The rate of pay or salary: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour, based on relevant experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a range of massage services including relaxation, deep tissue, therapeutic, and remedial massage
  • Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments
  • Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
  • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment
  • Deliver professional and friendly customer service
  • Promote clinic services and build long-term client relationships
  • Follow all workplace health and safety requirements

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience as a massage therapist
  • Solid knowledge of massage techniques and human anatomy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in multiple massage techniques
  • Previous experience in a health or wellness clinic
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, especially English and Chinese, is an advantage. Strong spoken English skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with our primary clients.

Working Conditions:

  • The shop operates seven days a week
  • Working hours are from 9:30am to 8:30pm
  • Shifts will be rostered according to business needs
