An excellent opportunity has arisen for a customer-focused professional to join a healthcare-based project in Takapuna.

This full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) is starting ASAP and running until Christmas, with the possibility of extension. You’ll play a key part in supporting a project that promotes health and wellbeing within the community.

If you have strong communication skills and enjoy helping people, this could be a great fit. Previous experience working within a call centre environment and working with Māori and/or Pacific communities or within health promotion would be highly valued.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound phone enquiries
  • Responding to email queries
  • Making outbound calls to assist with booking clinic appointments
  • Data entry and updating databases
  • Arranging information to be sent to participants
  • General ad-hoc administrative support
