Role: Management Consultant – Change (CL9)

 

Role Purpose

The Management Consultant – Change (CL9) is responsible for planning, delivering, and embedding organisational change initiatives to support business transformation programs. The role focuses on enabling people and organisations to successfully adopt new processes, systems, operating models, and ways of working.

 

Key Responsibilities

The employee will be required to perform the following duties as part of their role:

  • Develop and deliver organisational change management strategies for transformation initiatives
  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness assessments
  • Plan and execute stakeholder engagement and communication activities
  • Design and deliver change artefacts, including communication plans, training plans, and adoption strategies
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with client stakeholders and project teams
  • Support leadership and business teams through periods of change
  • Identify and manage change-related risks and issues
  • Monitor adoption and effectiveness of change initiatives and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with project managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to align change activities with program objectives
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and materials required for project delivery

 

Minimum Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in change management, organisational change, or management consulting
  • Demonstrated experience delivering change initiatives in complex organisational environments
  • Knowledge and practical application of recognised change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR or equivalent)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: NZD $110,000-$130,000 total remuneration per annum (inclusive of KiwiSaver)
