We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Glasshouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with daily farm and glasshouse operations and will be required to operate farm machinery, including tractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General glasshouse and farm labour duties

  • Planting, harvesting, pruning, and maintenance

  • Operating tractors and other equipment

  • Loading, unloading, and transporting farm materials

  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety in work areas

  • Following health and safety procedures

  • Assisting with irrigation and fertilisation tasks

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s licence 

  • 1 year of experience or a high school certificate 

  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labour

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic

  • Drug test and Ministry of check is required
