We are seeking an Assistant Manager (2IC) wishing to join our busy retail store with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Also able to develop a strong team work in the business. The ideal candidate will posses the skill set.

  • Ensuring retail presentation standards are met
  • Overseeing store operations
  • Establishing and enhancing robust store processes
  • Fostering exceptional customer service and experience
  • Conducting competitive product price analysis
  • Managing store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation, and bank deposits
  • Implementing and managing marketing and merchandising initiatives
  • Conducting competitive retail price analysis for store products
  • Leading, developing, and motivating the team
  • Possessing strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrating a track record of achievement
  • Conducting product research and sourcing
  • Assisting with staff hiring, development, and training
  • Leading by example on the sales floor

Requirements:

  • Work experience in retail sector for 3 years or any Bachelor degree. 
  • You will need to work on the weekends and public holidays
  • Able to work late in the evening and do the closing of the business
  • Willing to take up split shifts if required for the business
  • Have good understanding of business development and management
