Massage Therapist

RSW Group Limited, trading as Inlux Thai Massage & Spa, began operations in February 2025. The clinic has been fully renovated to a high standard, providing a comfortable, welcoming environment that meets all health and safety requirements.
Since reopening, Inlux Thai Massage & Spa has received strong customer feedback and continues to see growing demand. Although the business is relatively new, it operates on a stable and sustainable basis.
To support this growth, we are seeking Thai Massage Therapists to deliver authentic traditional Thai massage and related treatments. The role requires a good understanding of the human body and the ability to tailor techniques to meet individual client needs, for relaxation or specific wellness concerns.
About The Role
An exciting opportunity awaits multiple Spa Therapist to join Inlux Thai Massage & Spa.
We are looking for a passionate and customer focused therapist who is willing to exceed guest’s expectations with memorable treatments and service.
Responsibilities
- Work flexibly across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays on a rostered basis
- Deliver a range of spa and massage services in a safe, professional, and comfortable manner, including:
o Traditional Thai Massage
o Thai Oil Massage
o Sports Massage
o Hot Stone Massage
o Deep Tissue Massage
- Massage soft tissues of the body, including muscles, tendons, and ligaments, to assist healing, relieve muscle tension, and improve circulation
- Utilise a variety of massage techniques to enhance sports performance, support injury prevention, and aid physical recovery
- Administer therapeutic treatments designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall physical wellbeing
- Assess clients’ physical condition, posture, and case history to identify specific soft tissue dysfunctions
- Provide appropriate treatment plans and practical advice, including stretching exercises, rehabilitation guidance, and relaxation techniques tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and product inventory to a high professional standard
- Uphold hygiene standards and comply with all health and safety regulations at all times
- Recommend and promote retail products or additional services in a professional and ethical manner
- Other duties required by employer
About you
- Hold a relevant diploma qualification (Spa and Massage field is preferred), OR
- Have at least two years of relevant experience (experience in a Traditional Thai Massage clinic is preferred); OR
- A Certificate in Massage Therapy at any level, with a preference for candidates who hold a Traditional Thai Massage certificate from a reputable provider.
- Proven ability to perform Traditional Thai Massage, Thai Oil Massage, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Deep Tissue Massage
- A genuine passion for spa, wellness, and therapeutic treatments
- Sales experience (desirable but not essential)
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A positive, professional attitude
- Willingness to work on a flexible roster
