Operations Manager

Sourceone Ventures Limited seeks a dedicated Operations Manager to lead the business operations.

• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operational activities to improve efficiency and business performance
• Provide high-level administrative and operational support, including conducting research and strategic planning
• Develop and implement operational procedures and guidelines for junior staff to follow
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize cost and performance
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and drive the implementation of best practices
• Lead and participate in key negotiations to support increased profitability
  Support the business in growing its market share within New Zealand
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and external stakeholders as required
• Supervise operational staff on a day-to-day basis, ensuring effective team performance
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, health and safety standards, and legal obligations
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance and operational reports for senior management
• Oversee recruitment, staff training, and performance management for the operations team
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness

The candidate will be required to work at least 40 hours per week and will be paid between $35 and $45 per hour, subject to skills and experience.

Other important requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree with relevant knowledge in Business / Operations Management.
• Relevant work experience is highly preferable but not mandatory, if someone holds good knowledge and skills to handle this role proficiently.
