About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Associate for an immediate start. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role, and a minimum of five years’ relevant experience is essential.

You will need to be strategic with proven experience of business development, end-to-end sales, driving revenue growth across and owning the full sales lifecycle - from identification to close.

Along with a competitive base remuneration, an uncapped earning potential is tied directly to the revenue you bring in.

 Job Description:

In this role, you will have demonstrated experience in:

  • Directing the development and implementation of sales strategies at a high level.
  • Enhancing brand image and fostering long‑term brand loyalty.
  • Target market strategy: researching and identifying potential client companies (SMEs).
  • Multi-channel engagement: executing personalised outreach campaigns to initiate high-level and high-value conversations regarding financial efficiency and compliance risk.
  • Prospecting, lead generation and pipeline development.
  • Relationship building with senior stakeholders.
  • Designing and executing sales, marketing and client retention strategies.
  • Presentations, negotiation and deal closing.
  • Team leadership: sales, account management, technical support.
  • Budget preparation and management.
  • Client liaison, industry research and event planning.
  • Robust commercial judgment to adapt your approach to the market and pivot strategies as needed to achieve wider targets.
  • You must be an adept user of business development and marketing CRM systems for transparent forecasting, smooth onboarding experience for clients and general operational management.
  • Regional expertise: comfortable managing relationships across both Australian and New Zealand time zones and business cultures.

You must have at five years or more relevant work experience in the field as this is not an entry level role. This requirement is nonnegotiable due to the high level of responsibility associated with the role.

A relevant qualification in marketing/finance/management may be beneficial but not mandatory.

 Work Rights:

You must be a New Zealand citizen/resident or be able to secure a work visa before commencement.
