As a growing company, we are now looking for a professional and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us strengthen our market presence, generate business opportunities, and support the company’s long-term growth strategy.

The role will include, but not limited to:

• Plan and implement marketing activities to support the promotion of the Employer’s property development and construction projects.

• Analyze property market trends, buyer demographics, and competitor activities to identify suitable marketing approaches for different projects.

• Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across appropriate channels, including social media, online advertising, email marketing, and print materials.

• Coordinate the preparation of marketing content and promotional materials, including property brochures, flyers, signage, and digital advertisements.

• Manage and maintain property listings on third-party platforms such as Trade Me and Realestate.co.nz to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

• Coordinate online advertising activities to improve the visibility of property listings and development projects.

• Liaise with external service providers, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and advertising providers, to produce marketing materials.

• Coordinate marketing timelines and deliverables to ensure marketing activities are completed within agreed timeframes and budgets.

• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and appropriate marketing channels for specific property projects.

• Monitor and analyze marketing activity outcomes using enquiry data and campaign metrics.

• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes for management review.

• Carry out other marketing-related duties within the scope of the position as reasonably directed by the Employer.

• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Job pre-requisites: 

• At least bachelor or above qualification major in marketing，management, or other relevant fields

• At least 1 year full-time relevant working experience gained after formal study 

• Attention to details and a hard-working attitude.
