Description / Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a Stylist, you will provide high-quality "Style Cuts" in a well-timed, professional manner. You will focus on one Client at a time, ensuring they receive the "WOW" Factor in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultation: Listen to Clients and provide honest advice on styles that suit their lifestyle and needs.
  • Technical Excellence: Perform Style Cuts, shampoos, blow waves, and other non-chemical services.
  • Client Education: Empower Clients by educating them on how to maintain their style using retail haircare products.
  • Salon Hygiene: Maintain a spotless station; sweep hair after every cut and disinfect clippers/scissors in front of the Client before use.
  • Professionalism: Greet and depart Clients using Just Cuts scripts and maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Must be a qualified senior Stylist/Barber holding a hairdressing credited certificate.
  • Experience: Two years’ experience in hairdressing /Barber or level 5 qualification
  • Disposition: A calm, tactful, and friendly personality with the ability to work fairly in a team environment.
  • Dress Code: Commitment to the Just Cuts dress code (pure black attire) and wearing a name badge.
