Bubblescrub NZ is a mobile laundry service in Auckland, New Zealand, providing convenient pickup and delivery laundry solutions for residential and commercial clients. Bubblescrub NZ’s services include wash-and-fold, professional ironing, and care for bedding, linens, and other textiles, supported by an easy booking system and secure online payment options.

We are seeking a reliable, disciplined, and physically fit Laundry Transport Operation to support our daily laundry operations. This role requires professional driving skills combined with hands-on labour, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure. Only serious and responsible applicants should apply.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver laundry according to assigned routes and schedules
  • Enter clients’ properties (where authorised) to collect dirty laundries
  • Comfortable handling all types of laundry, including heavily soiled, stained and odorous
  • Load and unload laundry bags (heavy lifting required)
  • Assist with general laundry operations (sorting, moving items, cleaning work areas)when required or short staff only.
  • Ensure accurate handling and delivery of customer items
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of the company vehicle
  • Follow company procedures, routes, and instructions strictly
  • Use Google Drive and Google Docs to view schedules and job instructions
  • Answer phone calls from manager safely and responsibly while driving (hands-free only)
  • Multitask in a safe and controlled manner
  • Represent the company professionally at all times

Hours of Work

  • 30–40 hours per week, rostered between 4:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday

  • Willing to work split shifts, with a minimum of 2 working hours per shift. Breaks between shifts may exceed 2 hours, depending on operational requirements.

  • Working hours per day may vary based on client requests for laundry pick up

Requirements

  • Be a New Zealand Citizen or Resident

  • Valid driver’s licence

  • Minimum 2 years driving experience; experience in laundry delivery services is an advantage

  • Physically fit and able to perform labour-intensive tasks in a laundry setting

  • Strong time management, reliability, and attention to detail

  • Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently

  • Good communication skills

  • Punctual and able to work under pressure
