The Role
You will supervise construction and installation works across Alice Springs and surrounding regions. This is a hands on leadership role balancing site presence with planning and coordination.
What a day in the life looks like:
• Leading site teams and subcontractors on active projects
• Delivering work to program, quality, and safety standards
• Coordinating materials, labour, and site logistics
• Communicating with Darwin based managers and stakeholders
• Preparing reports, plans, and site documentation
• Staying organised, calm, and consistent across multiple workstreams
What We Need
• Proven Construction Supervisor experience in building or construction
• Carpentry background preferred
• At least two years leadership experience on site
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Reliable work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Alice Springs
