- Leading and supervising formwork crews across full FRP scopes
- Coordinating labour, crane time, and daily site activities
- Reading and interpreting drawings and sequencing work correctly
- Working on the tools when required to keep production moving
- Running pre-starts and maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Proven high-rise structural formwork experience
- Foreman-level experience on commercial projects
- Confident leading crews and working on the tools when needed
- Strong understanding of FRP processes, drawings, and sequencing
- Solid safety mindset and reliable site leadership
- Ability to relocate to Brisbane at your own cost
