Living Garden Ltd is a Certified Building Company that was formed with the simple objective of honouring our word to our clients. We provide a variety of products and services catered to your budget. We now need three Carpenters to join our construction team. This is a full-time job, and you will need to work at least 30 hours a week. 

Job Duties:

• Construct and install temporary structures and supports.

• Read drawings and plans to determine dimensions and materials required.

• Plan how the work will be done using measuring and marking equipment.

• Cut and shape building materials using hand and power tools.

• Construct the frame, install rafters, joists, sub-flooring, wall sheathing, etc.

• Install hardwood flooring, staircase, shelves, cabinets, windows, door trim, etc.

• Renovate and do repair work

• Explain steps, provide directions, and answer questions about the construction processes to employees and subcontractors.

 

Requirements for this role:
•Have at least two years of work experience in construction work. 

•A construction-related certificate can replace the work experience requirement.
•Have good communication and coordination skills.
•Have an attention to detail. 
•Be able to work both as a team and independently.
