We are seeking for one experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.
You will be paid an hourly rate of $30.00-$40 depending on your experience and skill level.
You will be working in Auckland. This role will be a permanent, full time position and will be guaranteed 30 hours of work per week from Monday to Saturday but can be up to 50 hours weekly.
Paid weekly, 4 weeks annual leave, Statutory holidays, Sick and bereavement leave. Opportunities to upskill.
Candidates need to be able to start immediately and work lawfully in New Zealand
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as document distribution, report collation, and communication support.
- Manage paperwork associated with projects and sharing with project teams. Ensure all project materials are current, properly filed, and stored.
- Assist in developing, monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the budgets, schedules, and costs of the project.
- Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to managing invoices and purchase orders.
- Coordinate team members to keep workflow on track. Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning projects, provisions, and persons affected.
- Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.
- Attend meetings and follow up on decisions and action items.
- Supports supervisors by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring resource availability for the project team.
The successful candidate must have:
- Minimum 2 years work experience in related field or Tertiary degree in business administration or similar field
- Motivated, good work attitude and good communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent time management skills
- Quality workmanship and eye for detail
- Commitment to health and workplace safety
- Able to pass health, drug and criminal checks if required
