Warehouse Storeperson

About the Role:

Our client is an iconic New Zealand Manufacturing and distributor of windows, doors, sealing systems, cleaning products, hardware and homeware products. They are known for their great company culture who highly value their staff and have been in the industry for the past 40 years.

We are seeking a fit, energetic, and reliable Storeperson to join the warehouse team at their Ellerslie factory. You’ll be part of a dedicated 3-person warehouse crew responsible for ensuring smooth operations across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and dispatch goods

• Accurately pick, pack, palletise, and load orders

• Load and unload containers safely

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (manual & automatic)

• Transfer stock into racking and to various assembly areas

• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocktakes

• Support the training of new warehouse staff when required

• Participate in MPI Accredited Person training for unloading imported containers

• Ensure general warehouse cleanliness and safety

About You:

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience

• Current NZ Forklift Licence (manual and automatic experience preferred)

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems

• Must be a NZ Citizen or hold a valid NZ Resident Visa
