Job Responsibilities- Duty Manager:


1. Assist the Store Manager in every aspect of the daily operation,
facilitating growth in sales, profit and overall business.
2. Manage the stock takes.
3. Coordinating personnel activities such as training, evaluating,
coaching and performance management.
4. Ensure business compliance with occupational health and safety
regulations.
5. Assist management in identifying any issues and resolving the
problems.
6. Ensure work complies with relevant government legislation,
policies and procedures.
7. Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods
and services.
8. Responding to customers' inquiries and complaints about goods and
services.
9. Maintain all health and safety regulations.
10. Manage all sanitation procedures at all times.


The Suitable Candidate must have:


1. Relevant (minimum level 7 Hospitality or Business) qualification
and minimum 4 Years of work experience in any management role, fulltime,
working in the hospitality industry.
2. Full New Zealand Drivers License and LCQ Licence is required

3. Good oral/written communication skills.
4. Ability to work nights shifts and Basic computer literacy.
