Job Summary

INVINCIBLE 13 LIMITED is seeking a dynamic  Store Manager to lead both retail and hot food operations. In this dual-focus role, you will oversee daily store activities, ensure strict food safety standards, and manage financial budgeting and stock. You’ll lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Operations & Food Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of both the retail shop and the hot food section, ensuring quality control and efficiency in both areas.
  • Monitor stock levels, determine product mix, and implement purchasing policies to ensure the store and food counter are adequately supplied.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment, strictly adhering to occupational health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, lead, and motivate the team, including creating staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage across all departments.
  • Ensure all employees are trained on store processes, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
  • Regularly evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to drive growth.

Financial & Sales Management

  • Drive revenue by setting targets, analyzing trends, and implementing promotional marketing initiatives.
  • Manage budgeting, maintain accurate records of sales and expenses, and oversee daily POS/cash handling procedures.
  • Set competitive prices and manage product sourcing to maintain profitability.

Customer Experience

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving complaints and advising on product use to ensure a positive experience.

About You (Skills & Requirements)

  • Minimum of two years of proven retail management experience OR A relevant Level 5 qualification or higher is required.
  • Strong ability to inspire a team and make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and senior management.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy in English, with the ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.

Additional Requirements

  • Must have a clean criminal record and be able to pass a drug test.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
