The Role

You will be working on a large scale retirement villa project in Rockhampton, QLD.

This is high volume, repeatable wet area work.

Day to day you will:
  • Apply waterproofing membranes to wet areas
  • Install silicone to expansion joints and bathroom finishes
  • Ensure correct prep before membrane application
  • Maintain clean, tidy finishes to a high standard
  • Work independently while keeping strong productivity
Because all villas are in one location, minor touch ups are simple and efficient.

What We Need

  • Minimum 3+ years waterproofing or silicone experience
  • Proven wet area membrane application experience
  • Strong attention to detail and finish quality
  • Ability to work independently and keep pace
  • Own basic tools
  • Willing and able to relocate to Queensland
