●      Graphic Design & Branding: Creating promotional artwork, logos, and campaign materials. This includes digital and print assets that reflect our brand identity and connect with our audience.

 

 

●      Photography & Content Creation: Planning and capturing high-quality photos of tattoos, products, and behind-the-scenes studio moments, then editing and preparing them for use across platforms.

 

 

 

●      Videography: Planning, filming, and producing engaging video content. This includes promotional videos, artist features, tutorial content, and social media reels. Editing involves colour correction, sound design, and adding branded graphics to ensure a polished final product that aligns with our visual identity and storytelling style.

 

 

●      Social Media Management: Developing creative marketing strategies, scheduling posts, writing captions, and engaging with followers to grow our online presence. You’ll also analyse performance to ensure our content reaches the right audience.

 

 

●      Marketing & Creative Direction: Contributing ideas for promotions, campaigns, website development and new ways to showcase Dreamhands in the digital space.

 

 

●      Tattoo Design and Artistry: Producing custom tattoo designs that meet client expectations and align with studio standards.

 

 

●      Health & Safety: Following all health and safety requirements to maintain a safe, professional, and compliant studio environment.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

●      Proven skills in graphic design, strong photography and editing skills or a strong background in videography

 

 

●      Experience managing and growing social media platforms.

 

 

●      Passion and experience in the tattoo industry

 

 

●      Someone with positive energy and creative flair who thrives in a team-focused environment.

 

 

●      Creative, organised, and able to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

 

 

●      At least 3 years of relevant work experience OR a qualification at Level 4 or higher in design, media, or a related field.
