Job Description: Excellent opportunity to join a successful and well-established Hamilton
based Thai Massage Therapist and become a part of team.

This job is required to perform: (specific duty tasks)

• To perform all aspects of traditional Thai Massage therapies, including (but not limited to)
Face and body, foot reflexology, deep tissue massage, back/shoulder massage and pain
relief, Thai massage with aroma oil (all as directed by the Spa Manager).
• To consult with your client about the way they are caring for themselves, what their
problem areas are, what kind of work they do and if there are any injuries, so that an
appropriate treatment plan can be recommended.
• After treatment evaluate with the customer how they experienced the treatment and
make suggestions for a next appointment. Any feedback that is important for future
treatments is to be captured with the customer records.
• Actively support the Day Spa’s activities, treatments, services, retail, programs and
promotions. Take opportunities to help grow the business.
• To work with a positive attitude and to be respectful to employer, other
employees and customers.
• Help in all areas of the Day Spa operation, cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and other
operational tasks as requested by Spa Manager.
• Ensuring treatment rooms, reception area and common areas are ready and clean.
• Maintaining proper teller and Eftpos records.

• To know and apply the policies and procedures as set out in the Policies & Procedures
manual.

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

• At least 2 years Relevant work experience OR
• Qualification at least Diploma Level5 OR
•Thai Massage/Oil Therapist Certificate OR Related
