We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and business development in Auckland.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead regional sales and business development activities across Auckland. This is a strategic role that involves driving revenue, developing customer relationships, and working closely with senior leadership to support growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the Auckland region

•  Oversee and manage sales performance across designated accounts or customer groups

•  Identify new business opportunities and manage client acquisition and retention

•  Represent the company in external meetings, trade events, and client engagements

•  Analyse sales trends, monitor market developments, and report on performance metrics

•  Collaborate with senior management on territory planning, pricing, and forecasting

•  Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery

 

Requirements:
 

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development or a relevant Level 7 or higher qualification in sales, marketing, or business

•  Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills

•  Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

•  Ability to travel within the assigned territory

  • Background in business, marketing, or sales is beneficial
