The Role
You will be working on a high volume retirement villa development in Rockhampton.
Each villa averages around 80m² of tiling across alfresco, wet areas and internal spaces.
Your day to day will include:
- Laying and grouting wall and floor tiles
- Bedding and screeding shower bases to correct falls
- Tiling niches and alfresco areas
- Installing silicone to expansion joints
- Maintaining clean grout lines and a professional finish
- Working independently while keeping steady output
As you build a system and routine, output can increase.
What We Need
- Minimum 3+ years wall and floor tiling experience
- Proven experience bedding showers and creating correct falls
- Strong attention to finish quality
- Ability to work independently in a high volume environment
- Own basic tiling tools
- Willing and able to relocate to Queensland
