The roles are permanent, full-time employment with a minimum of 30 hours of work per week guaranteed.
The successful candidates must have at least 3 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment across residential or commercial projects. You will need a Class 4 licence, a Forklift licence, and Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers (WTR) Endorsements. The role may require you to travel out of town from time to time; the employer will pay for the travel costs.
You must have at least 2 contactable references, a clean criminal record
Tasks include:

Operate heavy construction equipment to excavate, move, load, and spread materials, using the appropriate attachments.

Prepare, position, and adjust machinery, following site drawings and instructions.

Transport, load, and unload construction materials as required.

Monitor operations and signal others to ensure safe and accurate equipment positioning.

Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, refuelling, and minor repairs, and identify equipment needing further servicing.

Maintain and update job‑related skills and knowledge.
Other equipment operator duties and responsibilities will be discussed with the successful candidates.
