About the Role

  • Drive sales growth across Auckland and the North Island.

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in key industries.

  • Prepare tenders, presentations, and product samples to win new business.

  • Attend industry events and leverage your network to expand opportunities.

  • Deliver exceptional account management and client satisfaction.

About You

  • Proven new business development and account management experience in packaging, labels, print, or complex NZ manufacturing solutions, ideally selling into Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Veterinary, or FMCG markets.

  • Tenacious, ambitious, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

  • Track record of acquiring new business and achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficient with systems, reporting, and administration.

  • Comfortable with North Island travel and after-hours networking.

  • Based within reach of North Shore Head Office & on-site manufacturing.

  • Full, clean NZ driver’s license.
