Payrate: $32 to $35 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40


Key Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience. Or A Level 4 or above qualification.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the cleaning business across multiple client sites.
  • Manage cleaning schedules, allocate tasks, and supervise cleaners to ensure service standards are met.
  • Train new staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and health & safety compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of timesheets, job completions, and client feedbacks.
  • Monitor stock levels and order cleaning supplies and PPE as needed.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any service issues promptly.
  • Conduct quality checks and site audits to ensure compliance with contract standards.
  • Ensure all operations align with health and safety regulations and workplace policies.
