Position Title: Cleaner
Number of Positions: 3
Location: Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand
Pay Rate: $24 – $28 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitise commercial site areas including floors, bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and public spaces.
  • Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping, and rubbish removal.
  • Refill consumables such as hand towels, toilet paper, and soap.
  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
  • Follow set cleaning schedules and job checklists.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation at all client sites.
  • Report maintenance issues, hazards, and supply shortages to Manager.
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety and PPE requirements.
  • Secure premises after cleaning where required.
  • Support additional cleaning tasks during peak periods or client requests.
