As the company is expanding across the Asia-Pacific region, we are seeking a Marketing Officer to support brand growth, digital marketing initiatives, and market expansion within a dynamic and fast-growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse the aftermarket performance parts market to identify customer demand, sales opportunities, and areas for business growth.
Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing plans that support the pricing, positioning, and promotion of aftermarket performance parts sold through the company’s various platforms.
Prepare and deliver marketing objectives, strategies, and programs that align with business goals and support sustainable commercial growth.
Conduct and coordinate market research to understand customer behaviour, competitor activity, and opportunities for both new and existing product lines.
Provide strategic marketing advice across core functions, including brand development, product selection and positioning, pricing optimisation, advertising and brand promotion initiatives, online and store sales strategies, and digital distribution channels.
Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, analyse campaign outcomes and market data, and refine strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales results.
Skills and Requirements:
· A relevant bachelor's degree (or higher qualification) or a minimum of two years of relevant work experience is required.(Either qualification or work experience will do)
· Strong marketing analysis skills
· Strong understanding of brand positioning and consistent brand messaging
· Ability to conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors
· Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to take responsibility
