Tokoroa Fuel Limited is currently seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join its service sta on in Tokoroa, Waikato. The ideal candidates will be customer-focused, calm under pressure, and capable of delivering consistent, high-quality service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers promptly and attend to them as they arrive at the service station.

• Interact with customers to provide information about available products and services, and respond to enquiries or complaints in a professional manner.

• Deliver customer service through multiple channels, including face-to-face interactions, phone calls, emails, and other communication methods as required.

• Maintain accurate customer records by registering customer details and documenting feedback or concerns appropriately.

• Process customer transactions, including receiving payments, operating cash registers, and handling cash accurately.

• Promote and assist with the sale of retail products and services in line with business offerings.

• Support upselling of products and services using appropriate customer service techniques without pressure selling.

 Assist management with the day-to-day retail operations of the store, including maintaining a clean, organised, and customer-friendly environment.

• Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to company service standards and procedures.

• Perform other retail-related duties as reasonably assigned. 

The candidate will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and be paid between $24 to $28 per hour. 

Other important requirements:

• Prior customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and varied shift times

• Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused.

• Good communication skills and basic numeracy.
