We at Chopra's Group Limited, are seeking dynamic, creative, and visionary leaders to excel in this retail management role at our Mobil Petrol Stations in Northland. This permanent position offers a minimum of 32 hours per week and provides an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of all operations in a thriving, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities include;

  • Manage in planning site operations, and planning and implementing strategies to run the business profitably and efficiently.
  • Coordinate day to day operations and allocate tasks to staff.
  • Increase store sales and profitability by introducing new products, competitive pricing, and control in-store expenditures.
  • Dealt with staff and weekly rosters, as well as directed and supervised them.
  • Stafftraining and mentoring
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
  • Assume full responsibility for the site

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in any retail /customer field OR a bachelor's degree education
  • Must be flexible enough to work on shifts in the evenings/night and over the weekend
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a dynamic team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
