Job Description:
Corporate Strategy & Expansion
• Develop and implement strategic growth plans.
• Identify opportunities for new programmes and new locations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Lead business planning and annual strategy reviews.
Financial Planning & Performance Management
• Develop and oversee annual budgets and forecasts.
• Analyse financial reports and profitability of each branch.
• Establish financial controls and performance targets.
• Monitor revenue, cost structures, and growth metrics.
Marketing & Brand Development
• Lead marketing strategy and customer acquisition planning.
• Analyse enrolment trends and customer behaviour.
• Develop partnerships and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee digital marketing and brand positioning.
Organisational Leadership & Systems
• Design organisational structure and reporting systems.
• Recruit and supervise Branch Managers.
• Develop company policies and operational frameworks.
• Establish performance KPIs and monitoring systems.
Multi-Branch Governance
• Monitor performance of both Auckland branches.
• Review operational reports from Branch Managers.
• Ensure consistency of service and brand standards.
• Provide high-level oversight rather than daily supervision.
Job requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing school or tutoring school or
- Relevant degree in business management, at least bachelor degree or above;
- Preferably you have worked closely with students and teacher or tutors.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
